Honoring Citrus County’s Veterans & Active Duty Military
CITRUS COUNTY, FL: Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Traci Perry along with the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners are proud to honor our service men and women. As a token of appreciation, Clerk Perry offers free passport photos to all veterans and active military personnel. Likewise, courtesy of the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners, all Veterans can record their DD-214 into the Official Records free of charge.
Passport photos are taken and DD-214s are recorded at the Clerk Annex, located at 120 N. Montgomery Avenue, Inverness; or our Meadowcrest office at the West Citrus Government Center, 1540 N. Meadowcrest Blvd. in Crystal River. To record your DD-214 for free, the only documentation you need to provide is the original DD-214. To participate in free passport photos, you will need to present one of the following forms of military identification:
- Military ID
- Veterans ID
- DD-214
Appointments for these services can always be made online on the Clerk’s website through the Check-In program at checkin.citrusclerk.org/ or by calling the Clerk’s Office directly at (352) 341-6424, option 2.
